Terms and Conditions for Frills and Fun

We kindly ask you to carefully review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable party experience. By booking with Frills and Fun, you agree to the following:

1. Final Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to your event. Please note that no deductions or refunds will be made if any guests do not attend on the day.

2. Venue Capacity

Our venue can host a maximum of 20 guests, including the birthday celebrant. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure safety and comfort for all attendees.

3. Age Restrictions

Frills and Fun parties are designed for children aged 4-15 years old only. Although we welcome children of younger ages, we kindly ask that they are independent and able to participate in activities. This ensures that every child enjoys their pamper experience safely and that the session runs smoothly for all guests.

4. Attendance

A maximum of two adults (from the celebrant’s side) are allowed to remain on the premises during the party. Any non-participating younger siblings will not be permitted unless they are part of the booked party package. Additional parents/guardians are only allowed to stay if there are specific needs, which must be communicated in advance.

5. Punctuality and Time Keeping

  • Parties will begin promptly at the scheduled time, as our venue and staff are reserved specifically for your event.
  • Guests who arrive 15 minutes or more after the party start time may not be guaranteed the full experience of treatments or activities due to time constraints.
  • We ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your allocated booking time. Late arrivals will not result in extended party times.

6. Deposits

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit locks in your agreed party date and time.

  • Please note: This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

7. Nail Polish Policy

All previous polishes, especially gel or layered varnish, must be removed before the appointment or booking. We do not offer removal services, and refunds will not be provided if we are unable to paint nails due to this.

8. Food and Drink Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not permit food or drinks to be brought in from outside the venue. We’re happy for you to bring along a birthday cake (with prior notice), but all other catering, snacks, and refreshments must be arranged through Frills & Fun. Our team offers a variety of food add-ons and packages to suit your celebration.

9. Cake Policy

Cakes are welcome for the birthday song and photos, however please note that cakes cannot be eaten on our premises. After photos, our team will be happy to cut the cake for you. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own cake containers or serviettes if they would like the cake to be portioned and taken home. This policy helps us maintain hygiene standards and ensures every guest has a smooth experience at Frills & Fun.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel your party within 14 days of the scheduled event, you will be charged 50% of the total party cost.
  • Should you need to reschedule your party, a £50 rescheduling fee will apply on top of the initial deposit, and the new date will be subject to availability.

11. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

The parent or guardian of the birthday child must remain on-site for the entire duration of the party. It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure that all guests’ parents or guardians are informed of the activities and products used during the party. Please communicate the details of your selected package to ensure everyone is aware of what to expect.

12. Consent Forms

All parents/guardians of attending guests must complete a consent form, available on our website. These forms must be submitted no later than 7 days before the party. Failure to provide the required forms on time may result in guests being refused entry to the event.

13. Damages and Liability

All property within Frills and Fun remains the property of the business at all times. Should any damage occur to the venue or equipment during the event, the client will be held responsible and liable for any repair or replacement costs. We ask that guests treat the venue and its facilities with care.
