Our celebrations are designed for children aged 4–14 years. Younger children may attend if they can participate independently and safely.
Our venue can host up to 20 children, including the birthday celebrant.
Party durations vary by package:
Yes — a maximum of two adults from the celebrant’s side may remain on-site.

Parties can be booked online with a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Once final guest numbers are confirmed (14 days before the event), your remaining balance will be calculated and must be paid in full.

We will happily cut and portion it for guests to take home — please bring suitable containers or serviettes.
All allergies must be disclosed before your event.
We cannot cater for undisclosed dietary needs on the day.
No — all polish must be removed before attending.
We cannot carry out nail treatments on gel, acrylic or layered varnish.
Yes. We select products suitable for children and can offer alternatives where sensitivities exist.
We sometimes capture moments for our social media.
If you prefer your images not to be shared, please let us know in advance.
No. A parent or guardian must accompany children to the toilet.
Our staff cannot supervise bathroom visits.
Our venue is beautifully styled, so additional décor is not required.
One freestanding helium balloon is welcome; no wall attachments or loose balloons are permitted.
