At Frills and Fun, we want your event to run smoothly and ensure that everyone has an unforgettable experience. Please take a moment to review the following important information for your party:
The parent or guardian of the birthday child is responsible for accompanying all children to the toilet throughout the party. Our staff will not be responsible for supervising toilet visits.
We love capturing the special moments from our parties and sharing them on our social media pages! However, if you prefer not to have photos of your event shared, please let us know in advance, and we will respect your wishes.
It is essential that you inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before your party. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific dietary needs on the day of the event without prior notice. If we are unable to cater to a guest's dietary needs, we may ask you to provide suitable food for that individual.
Our venue is already beautifully decorated, so we kindly ask that no additional decorations be brought. You are welcome to bring a free-standing helium balloon, but nothing can be attached to our walls, and we cannot allow loose balloons on the floor.
If your child has a known sensitivity or reaction to any cosmetic products, please inform our staff at the start of the party. We can provide product information and ensure that we use safe alternatives where possible. Products used are customised to each age.
Party bags are not included in your package. You are welcome to bring your own, or we can work with you to provide custom party bags as an additional service. Just let us know in advance if you would like to add this to your party!
