Clear, Considerate and Designed to Support a Smooth, Enjoyable Celebration.

These policies have been carefully created to ensure a safe, well-organised and beautifully delivered experience for every guest. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 14 days before your event. Once confirmed, the final balance will be based on that number.
Please note:

  • No reductions or refunds are offered for non-attending guests on the day.

 

2. Venue Capacity

Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 20 children, including the celebrant. This limit is in place for comfort, safety and quality of experience.

 

3. Age Guidelines

Frills & Fun parties are designed for children aged 4–15 years. Younger children are welcome, provided they can participate independently and safely in all activities.

 

4. Adult Attendance

To maintain a calm and enjoyable atmosphere:

  • A maximum of two adults (from the celebrant’s side) may remain on-site.
  • Non-participating younger siblings are not permitted, unless included in the booking.
  • Additional adults may stay only in circumstances agreed in advance (e.g., specific needs).

The parent or guardian of the birthday child must remain at the venue for the full duration.

 

5. Punctuality & Timekeeping

Your party will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
To protect the quality of your celebration:

  • Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may miss some treatments or activities.
  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking.
  • Late arrivals do not extend party times.
  • A £30 late fee may apply for delays affecting turnover between sessions.

 

6. Deposits & Payments

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Remaining payment is due once final numbers are confirmed.

 

7. Nail Polish Policy

All existing polish — including gel, acrylic, builder gel or layered varnish — must be removed prior to the party.
We do not offer removal services, and no refunds will be issued if we are unable to paint nails due to existing polish.

 

8. Food & Drink Policy

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the venue.
Exceptions:

  • Birthday cakes (with prior notice)
  • Special dietary items pre-agreed with us

All catering and refreshments must be arranged through Frills & Fun.

 

9. Cake Policy

Cakes are welcome for the birthday song and photos only.
Please note:

  • Cakes cannot be eaten on the premises.
  • Our team will gladly cut and portion your cake.
  • Please provide serviettes or suitable containers for guests to take cake home.

 

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the full party cost.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and carries a £50 rescheduling fee, in addition to your original deposit.

 

11. Supervision & Toilets

A parent or guardian must accompany children to the toilet as needed. Our team cannot supervise bathroom visits.

 

12. Consent Forms

All attending guests must have a completed consent form submitted no later than 7 days before the party.
Guests without a completed form may be refused entry.

 

13. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

All allergies or dietary needs must be disclosed before the event. We cannot accommodate dietary requirements disclosed on the day. In cases where we cannot safely cater for a child, you may provide their suitable alternative item(s).

 

14. Use of Photography

We love capturing special moments and occasionally sharing them on our social media pages.
If you prefer not to have photos of your event shared, please inform us in advance and we will respect your wishes.

 

15. Decorations

Our venue is already beautifully styled.
To maintain our décor and safety standards:

  • No additional decorations may be brought in.
  • One freestanding helium balloon is permitted.
  • Nothing may be attached to walls or fixtures.
  • Loose balloons on the floor are not allowed.

 

16. Product Information & Sensitivities

Please notify us of any known product sensitivities at the start of your event.
We can provide ingredient information and use suitable alternatives where possible.
All products used are selected with care and adapted to suit each age group.

 

17. Damages & Liability

All furniture, décor and equipment remain the property of Frills & Fun.
Any damage caused during your event will be the responsibility of the client, and repair or replacement costs may apply.
We ask that all guests treat the venue with respect and care.
